Aberdeen Ale Trail
Date to be confirmed

Welcome to Aberdeen’s 2nd Ale Trail

The Ale Trail is coming back, date to be announced soon (fingers crossed).

People getting together over a beverage is core to our existence and that’s why we’re excited pub culture, friendships and food and beer all in one day and we do this in authentic Scottish pubs. We can’t wait to get back on the road travelling through beautiful countryside and sampling cracking ale along the way.

We’ll see you in the beer garden!

We organise the transport between hand-picked pubs so you can enjoy hospitality without worrying about how to get home. A bus arrives every 45 minutes at each pub between 11 am and 10 pm. Allowing you and your friends to hop on and off the bus at each pub. You can start and finish at any pub on route!

What makes the trail special is the variety of pubs, drinks and locations. We take you out of the Granite city along the beautiful coastline back towards Aberdeen. Rediscovering the charm of Scottish pubs and unique craft beers and real ales, without having to worry about who’s driving! The Aberdeen Craft and Ale Trail takes you off the beaten track to some of the best pubs, found in the villages and towns dotted around Aberdeenshire County.

Aberdeenshire is well known for leading the craft beer revolution of recent years with breweries like BrewDog, Fierce Brewery, 6 Degrees North and Deeside Brewery leading the way in new flavours and styles. The Trail is a great way to sample these local ales, which often can only be found in the pubs local to the brewery.

Each pub is chosen for its hospitality, atmosphere and of course selection of Real Ale, usually brewed by local microbreweries.

The Ale Trail returns to Aberdeen and follows the same principles as all the other trails. Start where you like, when you like, but make sure you do it with great friends.
